Bernard C Darré (Bruno): Partner and Co-Founder

Mr. Darré is a co-founder and partner of Bow River Capital Partners responsible for originating, structuring, and executing buyout, recapitalization, and growth capital transactions.  Prior to co-founding Bow River Capital Partners, Mr. Darré was a principal in CapEx, LP, a $60 million small business investment company (SBIC) which made mezzanine debt and equity investments in operating companies throughout the United States. 

 Mr. Darré serves on the Board of Directors of American Energy Assets, United Western Bank, and Granite and Marble Holdings, Inc., and is involved in several non-profit organizations in the Denver community.

 Mr. Darré received his B.A. in Political Science from Miami University (Ohio) and his MBA with emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio State University.
