Eric B. Wolf, CPA: Partner and Co-Founder wolf@bowrivercapital.com

Prior to forming Bow River Capital Partners, LLC, Mr. Wolf spent over three years at B.E. Richardson Investments, where he was involved in the due diligence, financial analysis, and structuring of numerous operating company and real estate investment transactions.

During his tenure at B.E. Richardson Investments, he worked in management for a private equity portfolio company, TGS Properties Ltd., a commercial real estate and land development company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Wolf helped lead the reorganization of this company into a publicly listed REIT. Mr. Wolf was involved in all aspects of the transaction including the acquisition of three office buildings and three retail centers totaling over $200 million and a $150 million initial public offering.

Previously, Mr. Wolf spent nearly four years in the wealth management industry. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado. Mr. Wolf serves on the Board of Directors of Independent Supply Company, Denver Academy, Leaders Challenge, and is a member of the Board of Advisors of Alliance for Choice in Education.
