Bow River’s target portfolio companies will typically be characterized by positive free cash flow, strong retained earnings, and revenues of $10 to $50 million. Our sweet spot is expansion and later-stage companies with $4 to $10 million of EBITDA and the potential to partner with the existing owner-operator and/or management team. If a larger investment opportunity arises, we have the ability to bring in co-investment partners to raise the capital needed.

Targeted industries include industrial services, energy, power infrastructure, engineering, and consumer products/services. Each of the aforementioned industries is an area in which the Partners have operating and/or financial expertise. We will not consider investments in biotechnology and technology, or business startups.
