Bow River targets lower middle market companies located in Canada and US Rocky Mountains and the Midwest/Southwest in a geography in the shape of a boot that we call the “Rodeo Region.” We seek companies with proven management, EBITDA of $4 to $10 million and enterprise values between $20 and $50 million with a strong preference toward owner-operated businesses. Prospective investments must have strong products or services, a defined market niche, and the potential for significant growth in revenue and cash flow.

Our target investment horizon is three to seven years.
