Ms. Smith joined BERI Management, LLC in September 2006. Ms. Smith is Controller for BERI Management, the management company for all of the Bow River Capital Funds. 

Ms. Smith is a graduate of Metropolitan State College of Denver (summa cum laude) and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado. Ms. Smith worked in public accounting and in the private sector -- most recently as Assistant Controller for a Denver bank and previously Controller for a middle market manufacturing company.
