Mr. Sykora is responsible for investment research and due diligence, financial modeling, transaction execution, and investment performance tracking. Mr. Sykora currently serves on the Board of Directors of AUC Holdings Corp. Mr. Sykora previously worked for Duff & Phelps investment banking and was responsible for the execution of sell-side and buy-side transactions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, recapitalizations, debt and equity financing, and fairness, solvency and valuation opinions.

Mr. Sykora holds a B.A. in accountancy, summa cum laude, and a M.S. in accountancy and financial management, summa cum laude, from the University of San Diego. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California and Colorado.

Prior to his career in finance, Mr. Sykora worked as an electromechanical technician providing around the clock service and maintenance for a variety of industries, including glass manufacturing, bottled water production and circuit board production.
