Mr. Darré is a co-founder and partner of Bow River Capital Partners responsible for originating, structuring, and executing buyout, recapitalization, and growth capital transactions. Prior to co-founding Bow River Capital Partners, Mr. Darré was a principal in CapEx, LP, a $60 million small business investment company (SBIC) which made mezzanine debt and equity investments in operating companies throughout the United States.

Mr. Darré received his B.A. in Political Science from Miami University (Ohio) and his MBA with emphasis in Finance from The Ohio State University.
