Ms. Waugh is Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner, Blair Richardson, in addition to providing administrative support to the entire staff. Ms. Waugh graduated from Colorado State University, where she received a B.S. in Recreation Resource Management.

As an Executive Assistant, Ms. Waugh brings more than a decade of service with complementary experience in human resources and accounting. Before joining Bow River, she worked for Allegro Coffee Company with a prior history of working with firms in the accounting industry.
