Ms. Smith joined Bow River Capital Partners in September 2006. Ms.Smith is the CFO/CCO for Bow River Capital Partners, the management company for all of the Bow River Capital Funds.

Ms. Smith is a graduate of Metropolitan State College of Denver (summa cum laude) and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado. Ms. Smith has worked in public accounting and in the private sector — most recently as Assistant Controller for a Denver bank and previously Controller for a lower middle market manufacturing company.
