OUR PEOPLE

Rick A. Pederson: Partner and Strategic Consultant     pederson@bowrivercapital.com

Mr. Pederson currently serves as a strategic consultant to, and Partner in, the General Partner. In addition, Mr. Pederson is the founder and current President of Foundation Properties, Inc., a real estate investment company in Denver, Colorado. Since 1984, Mr. Pederson has led over $100 million in real estate investment funds for Foundation Properties private foundation and endowment partners. Prior to forming Foundation Properties, Mr. Pederson founded Ross Consulting Group, a real estate advisory firm that provides clients with market analysis and investment options to its clients, which included dozens of private and public sector organizations and investors. In addition, from 1977 to 1982, Mr. Pederson was an associate with Harbridge House, a Boston-based management consulting firm.

Mr. Pederson graduated with a BSBA (magna cum laude), a MSBA and a J.D. from University of Denver. He serves on a number of boards for public and private companies and eleemosynary associations.
